In short: Three findings from one Mambourin frame visit, two of which disappear behind the first course of bricks.
Overhang past the frame
The slab extended more than 20mm beyond the timber frame in several places. Brick veneer needs a set cavity between bricks and frame, and extra slab eats into it, which affects drainage and ventilation behind the brickwork.
Honeycombing along the same edge
Voids were visible along the slab edge where the concrete had not compacted against the formwork. Shallow ones are cosmetic. Deeper ones can affect durability and need repairing to the engineer's method.
A wall leaning beyond tolerance
Wall frames more than 5mm out of plumb over 1.8m are defective under the Guide to Standards and Tolerances 2015. Correcting a stud wall now is simple; after plaster it is not.
Why the timing mattered
All three were found while the frame was still bare. Once bricks and wrap are on, the slab edge cannot be measured again.
